I have posted a bushtit image earlier but this time there are two. The reason I wanted to post this picture is to show the only difference that we see, the female has the yellow eye.

I don't think I'd be able to tell the difference between the sexes unless I had a pair of binnoculars trained on them both. Pretty little things aren't they?

those are some cute fluffed up birds there Kildale..

usually its coat colour or size to distibguish the sex but now we got eye colour! I learn something new everyday here..
