But something that is needed I guess. They do keep the place clean. I see these birds around the lagoon where food for them sometimes washes ashore.Thank you for the messages and for looking at the pics. There are a couple of other geese that I have taken photos of so I will post others some time. Just 2 posts a day, so it is hard to reply to any questions.

Vultures may look ugly but they are highly efficient moppers up. If it wasn't for them, and the other scavengers of the world, then we humans would have many more diseases to contend with.

I dunno... it's kind of just his head that isn't especially attractive. The rest of him is handsome. And he has a very purposeful stride in this picture. Very confident. Knows his worth!
