Very busy with the Nature site and our free news letter as it will be out today or tomorrow. Anyway, found a couple of moments to add another bird to the blog. A western sandpiper.

I'm sure I've seen these little birds around the shoreline on our east coast. I never seem to get close enough for a photograph though.

Oh, sweet. Being a beach person, I am so partial to the shore birds. I could watch them for hours on end.
