An interesting insect.

Category: My Garden Birds | Posted: Fri Aug 07, 2009 5:26 am

I have changed the title of this blog to suit other nature subjects. I'm into insects etc as I get a few calls for images. This is an interesting insect as it hunts spiders. It's a spider wasp.

Not really the prettiest of insects is it but I suppose it serves its purpose. I like spiders so hope it doesn't have too much of an appetite.

It looks very scultptural. Almost like a plastic or resin replica of a wasp. Neat!
