Hansa Rose

Category: Roses and Garden | Posted: Mon Jun 15, 2009 12:25 am

Well , Roses are my first love of the garden...

Hansa is a little scraggly , but the fragrance is to die for! Seriously! If you are in the north and want to try one rugosa based on fragrance... I would suggest this one. There are other hybrid rogosa with prettier faces and habits... BUT my word! A complex mix of Clove and Rose. I love it!

Ill get a list of some of the plants at some point =).

I really love the colour and the shape of this rose and find it very appealing to the eye. Hansa would find a place in my garden any day!!

I love the dark purple of this rose as well as the shape. Of all plants, I would love to be successful at raising the rose.
