It's Miserable
45 days had passed and it is looking miserable.
Looks Stunted ( photo / image / picture from KK Ng's Garden ) It is hardly a foot tall and it is already flowering, is it stunted? Hmm ... could this be the result of the crazy weather? Should I pruned it and remove the flowers to encourage it to grow bigger and taller? Anyway the good news is that it is free of pest. This blog entry has been viewed 501 times

Oh, I dunno, KK. It doesn't look too terribly bad to me. I do usually remove the very first blossom, but no more than that.
I think it looks fine. 45 days is not abnormal for your pepper to take to get to this point. I think they are notoriousl SLOW to grow plants in the garden. Do you have a variety there or did you grow some saved seeds? If you have a variety name you should be able to guesstimate how long it should take to get fruit, also.
