Just a few days ago, the wife cooked curry and tomatoe is one of the ingrident.

I quickly grab a container from my very messy all purpose table and saved the seeds.

Since the seeds are clumpy and eckie, I decided to just have it all planted in my favourite starting media - compost.

And the waiting begin!!

Yippee!!! they sprouted a couple of days ago.

Yesterday I picked out the best 6 and had them potted in my own kind of starter pots and still in compost hoping that their roots will develop better if they have their own space.

Having failed in the first 2 attempts with just single plant, I guess it is time to go with numbers. Morever there is a competition going on with bragging rights as a price! :D
