Who's Knock, knock, knocking?
Category: Happenings around the house | Posted: Wed Mar 28, 2012 3:42 pm I have just discovered what I think is a woodpecker's nest in the upper portion of a sweet gum tree in my front yard. The tree died when the utility company cut it back severly to run electricity to our mobile home. DH and I were sitting on the swing discussing the best way to remove the tree, when I hear "knock,knock,knock". We look up and spot a male and female woodpecker flitting in and out of a hole in the tree! I am hoping to get a couple of snaps of the birds! This blog entry has been viewed 498 times
