Shittake Mushrooms

I am very intrested in the growing of mushrooms expecaly the shittake. I am from south afrika in a town very small with the name of koster. Well I have a bottle-store and want to sell that now and then start to grow the mushroom. I am also busy with a gest house in town. Please if some one can give me any advice it will be help ful
