Help With My Weeping Willow

Hello Everyone

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I was given a Weeping Willow Tree by a friend and I believe it is dying. We had to transplant the tree from their house 50 miles away to our house and all the leaves are dead on the tree...We planted it as soon as we got home and gave it losts of water...I love this tree and wonder if I can save it...we didn't tarp the tree because we were just told this after I started talking about it dying so it was in alot of wind and it was very hot that day...could it just be in shock?.....HELP PLEASE
