This is one of my favorite plants. I have just successfully dug-up, potted and placed in my greenhouse. Living in NY, we cannot keep them outside and expect them to live. I hope to keep the happy until Spring when I can place them outside again.

Rosemary comes in different varieties that can be either upright (easily made into topiaries) or drooping/hanging for baskets.
Friends with deer problems keep it planted around the base of their fruit trees and it has been successful in keeping the deer from decimating the trees. I like this opinion 1 person likes this opinion
Rosemary is not hardy here, but it is a must have for a container every year!! I love to cook with it, and grow it near the path so I can pluck a bit off to smell while I'm in the garden!

Takes forever to grow to a large size. But worth it. Fantastic plant and the leaves are great on roast chicken.
