Description: Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata) is a tree native to Western Autralia, and this area particulary. It has hte most beautiful red timber, esp when fresh cut like this. There are so many reds in the Austrlian landscape. Living in Perth in the bush, as i have come from a metropolitan city, one can't help but feel more and more the land resonating on profound and subtle layers in one's deep conciuosnes and forming your identity and connection with your environment
