Description: If you see that swing set, it's been grown over for years. The funny thing? There's another swing set you can't see about another 15-20 feet back that's been grown over too. This all used to be yard when my wife was born. That soggy dark spot is a springhead which we have to deal with at some point too (maybe turn into a water feature in the yard?). Our plan is to cut the trees back and clear the brush and reclaim some of it.
