Description: About 24 inches tall, meant for a holiday decoration that you put a candle in. But it is a new piece of garden art for me. I had seen them outside a Kroger grocery store before the holidays for $60, but Sunday it was on clearance for $15...so it just had to come home with me. Notice the icicles hanging from the edge of the hat.
