After painting the white porch support, I have a small amount of white paint left in the can, so I decided to revive a small decorative bench I had in the trash pile. Now I had a white blank slate to deal with, and watched a hummingbird visit my trumpet vine. So, there was my inspiration! It was difficult trying to paint a miniature hummingbird on such a small scale.

That is really adorable and the tiny hummingbird is great. I love little benches like that.

:smt107 Trash? That's the sweetest little bench! You've done a lovely job, I think that humming bird looks just right.

I love the bench! You're such an artist! It will look so cute in the garden. I'm glad it escaped the trash pile.
