I've not seen many butterflies at all this year. Despite planting lots of annuals to attract them they are few and far between. :( Many thanks for sharing your little visitor with us all.

Very nice! I chased one around with the camera a few weeks ago with no luck for a picture.

Very pretty...my numbers are still down. I get some but not even a 1/3 of what I had last year so far. I have been hand picking bugs off of my butterfly weed (aphid type) so I have something for the Monarch caterpillars to eat if they decide to lay some eggs.

Lovely photo. I love butterflies but sadly they seem to be in decline, I have not seen any this year apart from the wretched cabbage white.

Nice photo. Of all the flowers DW has planted the coralbells attract the most butterflies and hummingbirds.

I havent seen many butterflies this year when I think about it. It's quite strange as usually I see quite a few dring the summer, even if its just when I am out on a walk. I wonder where they have all gone?

I haven't seen as many either, but tons of white moths which my neighbor thinks are butterflies... I corrected him and told him they are devils! Hehe
