Black beans

    Black beans. Where would they come from if I did not plant them? I just found them mixed in with my green beans.

    Maybe the green beans had a couple of black beans in the package? Things like that happen all the time!

    I love black beans. Don't know what you will do with those. Maybe have a snack..... :D

    Its not at all unusual to get a different variety mixed in. Save them for seed if there isn`t enough to eat. Gives you a variety of beans for next year.

    That is great Donna. I have a particular weakness for black beans. When eating in Mexican restaurants, I usually go for a meal which have them in it. There are some good Chinese dishes which use them as well.
