I recently bought an electric Pizza pan (of about 16+ inch in diameter). I was actually getting seriously bored with my usual 12 to 13 inch size of Pizzas (the normal size of store bought crusts) - So I bought this because I now wanted to experiment with my own homemade dough.

Anyway, the only one this big was not locally made, but instead is a Turkish brand. I normally become somewhat weary when it comes to buying something that isn't locally made - Mainly because I get a bit doubtful (should anything unfortunate happen) about who will honor the product warranty? Still, the shopkeeper assured me that their warranty covered all of Pakistan. So once that was settled, I bought it! :D

So this was the initial result - I actually wanted to make many more Pizzas out of this, but I had been way too busy to try anything new for over a month... The normal 12 inch size store bought crust now seems like a Pizza made for a dwarf (picture I had already uploaded over here before in another thread). Which is exactly why I want my next one to be of my own dough, and that too of the giant 16+ inch size!

Anyhow, the reason for posting this thread is that I now need some good (and easy to make) Pizza dough recipes - Anybody got any ideas?

S-H, Look up King Arthur's easy pizza dough recipe. It's easy and tastes great. Add your own flavorings to spice it up.
