Need help on flowering bush

    This is in front of my parents home and I've always wondered what type of plant it was. If I could have some help with this, that'd be great :)

    It is a rhododendron.

    Those leaves are a bit yellow though. It might benefit from some Holly Tone fertilizer. Is it growing in full sun?
