I made some for the funeral and they did not eat them all--I had to get one, then another one, they were good

i am new to this site i love to grow flowers and also plant in the garden i like when the weather is a little warm but not hot hot and i don't like it when it is cold like it is now we are suppose to get 3-5 inches of snow this weekend i hope it goes away quick how is the weather else where

It is not good here, today is sunny and tomorrow is all day rain turning into ice after midnight. We will be in the teens this week end. I heard them say that it has been a year since the bad ice storm in KY, were you in that area?
yes we were we did not have power for 2 weeks it was bad thankful we had a generator and a fire place and wood we went and got our son he lives about 10 miles from us so he stayed with us we are total electric but he has gas so we would go to his house to take a bath it was real bad but we survive i hope that we do not get any more like that
I hope you don't either, it is hard when it is ice, so many things, we had that terrible one in 1994-we had to leave home for almost 2 weeks, no water or power, it was a big mess
I hate ICE more then anything.... So Nita what kind of flowers do you like.. Sandra and I are into daylily's big time.. Becky likes them too...but I think she likes Angels Trumpets the best...
I like Angel Trumpets too, but they are too much work for me, sometimes we get an early frost and don't get to see them bloom. I love my daylilies and also coneflowers and salvias
I'm trying the coneflowers.. Got lots of seeds and started some indoors last year and planted them outside I'll see if they come back...
