Thorn apple. Datura stramonium. Some likes it, despite its toxicity.

Is either datura or common cockle burr. Neither of which you would want. Datura is what was known as loco weed by the settlers heading west. Extremely toxic for animals that might eat any part of it.
Cockle burr is harmless but a nuisance. No matter which it is,,the pods have hundreds of seed that I can guarantee will germinate next spring. I would pull them up since the pods are still green and attached and toss them in the garbage. Make sure none have dropped to the ground.

Datura stramonium (Jamestown Weed, Thorn Apple, Moonflower) is the Datura plant sometimes called Locoweed, a name that has also been used on several other plants that produce Swainsonine. Datura wrightii doesn't but without knowing exactly which Datura that might be it would probably be best to pull it up before the seed balls pop open to produce next years plants.
Cockleburr is Xanthium strumarium, you might want to do a google search to see photos just in case that is what you have.

Kind of looks more like the cockleburr with that longer shaped seed pod. Datura is more round or at least the ones I have had were. But may be a different variety.
