A girly quilt

    This is the third quilt I mentioned in my previous post. I used to spend hours and hours dressing paper dolls way back when...I hope that Elena and Lydia will have as much fun with this version :D

    The basic top completed:

    The finished dresses with soft cotton on the back for them to cling to the quilt.

    As a bonus and because I cut economically I have enough fabric left over to make either another smaller quilt or a pretty wallhanging.

    Gee I wish I had a talent like yours. I think your quilt is smashing!! The girls will have so much fun sleeping under it and dressing their dolls. What a great idea. :D

    I'm glad you like it.I bought it as a kit at least 3 years ago and it has been sat patiently waiting to be completed ever since.Fingers crossed that they'll get lots of fun from it. :D
