After seeing pictures posted of mini hosta's I fell in love so I ordered 2 mini's, Blueberry Muffin and Wolverine. I also ordered another Krossa Regal as I love their vase shape and blue color. And I ordered 3 Beacon Silver Lamium ( they don't seem to spread in my garden as much as others) and Rozanne geranium. The only other plant I want to buy this year is the red Valentine Bleeding Heart. I have 2 flats of annuals started, 4 trailing begonia bulbs, 15 purple oxalis bulbs and 14 dahlia bulbs.

Oh we just have to see all those new plants when they arrive. You're going to be busy planting them all up.

Hi. Some nice plants with Hostas especially being every'ones favourites - one mini I have is called Pandoras Box and is no higher than 3 inches - rather like a tiny undulata variegata - will find a pic. Red or white Dicentras are very nice also - did you know they are also called amongst other names " the little lady in her bath" - reason being that if you pick a single flower and gently pull it open sideways it looks exactly like that - a bath with the little white lady in it - all good harmless fun.
I like the Lamiums as they cover ground and are shallow rooted so can easily be controlled if needed. Have fun. Syd.
Edit. Pic of tiny Hosta Pandoras Box. 2nd pic another small "ish" one is called Ginko Craig and mine has the darkest coloured flowers I have seen on a Hosta - very attractive.
