    In the fall we go here quite often to photograph mushrooms. We also take pictures of the mosses and lichens. It is also great in the spring with the wildflowers. Of course, in Nov. there is a salmon run. Loads of eagles come here for that.

    That's just the kind of scenery I feel most at home in Kildale. Of course being able to see eagles would be an extra boon!! What a pity we don't see majestic birds like that over here.

    Excitement!! Excitement!! Will you be where there are mats of epiphytes growing on tree limbs? Will you be taking any pictures of epiphyte specifically? Perhaps Oregon selaginella or cattail moss and lettuce lung? I have never seen a lettuce lung. :):)

    I take lots of images of lichens , moss and ferns and everything else in nature. Here are my Lichens there are a few of what you mentioned. Here are the ferns that I have taken, Ferns Here are the mosses.
