    Hello all,

Here is a Moth of the Noctuidae family that I saw for the first time last August 2009, in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada (near Vermont).

It looks like Megalographa biloba but I'm not sure. Can someone confirm its identification please?

Thank you very much in advance,

    Michel Pilon

Mmmm I don't think it is a Megalographa biloba. The head end seems wrong although the pattern of the underwings does look similar.

    Megalographa biloba.

It looks more like a Coonected Looper moth to me.

Could it be common looper moth Autographa precationis? I'm no expert.
