Anyone know what type of plant this is? Really big leaves

    It has really big leaves. It almost died in the early spring but during the summer it came back bigger than ever. Thanks for all your help.

    Yep, that's what it is. Got two of these beauties in my living room. Very easy to care for.

    Philodendron was my guess too. My folks used to have a bunch of them. When I was really little, I used to think the "eyes" where the old leaves had grown were scary looking. Therefore, as an adult, I have never had a desire to try growing them myself. Never the less, I do totally agree, they are a beautiful looking plant.
