Bunching onions/spring onions/scallions

    image.jpg No matter what you call them, i needed to clear these to plant my cabbages, and the onions had been In The ground all winter so would now want to run to seed and burst into flower. A big crop, I didn't realise there were so many.

    What are you going to do with all those?
    You could process them and then freeze them in.

    At the moment, I am enjoying them fresh, they are very mild, crunchy and sweet. After freezing all of the leeks, I don't really want to freeze see too, I think they will be okay in he fridge for a good while, and I can stir fry them or roast them. Yummy.
