Have 3 or 4 hummers around and with this cold spell it must be hard for them. This is the female Anna's taken today.

The hummers that are in my backyard are seemingly having a hard time. They're tending to sit longer on the feeders with their feathers fluffed and they're not moving too much. It is below freezing here and there is another weather alert that we're going to get another dump of snow tonight.

Hopefully the weather won't stay like this much longer and hopefully we can at least get above freezing.

I sure miss my Hummingbirds. We don't get Anna's here.
The detail of the feathers in your photo is amazing!

Poor little thing. I really feel for all the smaller birds during the cold months of winter.
