    Hi, ALL;
    Someone one sent me the following pics in an email and immediately I thought of several of you 'crafty' folks and figured that you might enjoy them.
    These ladies gather pieces of driftwood and build horses out of them.

    WOW! ! ! SEZ I! I'm really impressed.
    These reminded me of when I was in Alaska with the U.S.C.G. I saw quite a bit of 'driftwood art' there.
    lol from Hank.

    // Edit by Frank - I found the orignal link for the photos Hank so I posted it instead of the photos :)

    WOW indeed Hank. :eek: Those are really fantastic!!! How I wish I had a talent like that. The horses are just sooooo lifelike. I would love to watch those women making one from scratch. It always amazes me when I see a piece of driftwood art how something so exquisite can be created from next to nothing. Thank you for sharing those wonderful photographs with us all.

    Simply amazing. They captured the personality of the horse perfectly. If I were squinting I would swear I was looking at the real article.

    Just love the horse and foal photo.

    Hi, Frank;
    Thank you very much, Frank, I was concerned about the length of the post (the amount of bytes/memory used). That concern was what prompted the PM to you; I suspected that you could 'gnome-dust' it to the best advantage of the STEW website. Hank

    My sister-in-law sent me those pics yesterday. They are really something. If I had that kind of talent, I wouldn't be hurting for money! Those horses won't get hoof and mouth disease, just termites!

    Those are really incredible! I was expecting to see something that looked like sawhorses....they are so real you can almost see them breathing.
