Does anyone have any good garden apps suggestions for my newly purchased android tablet? Went to the google play store there are so many things out there.
When I first got a smart phone, I looked at apps too. There was nothing that I thought I could use. So far, the only things I've been using my phone for is to look up plant details when out shopping and there aren't any growing instructions etc available. And for taking photos of course.
I have these....... Leafsnap....photos of leaves, buds, blooms and bark of trees BeeSmart...photos, growing instructions for plants that attract bees and other polinators. World Culinary Herbs and Spices Bible...more information than you ever thought you would want to know about each herb and spice. Flowers of North Texas.....lots of photos and growing info. There are several specific to flowers in your state, most cost money but it looks like some are free.... http://nyfablog.org/2010/03/28/new-plant-id-apps-for-the-iphone-and-ipad/
I want to get the Netatmo app, but it requires the purchase of their weather station. It's on my wish list
