There are some browsers that have problems uploading images using our current system. For example, Apple's Safari browser is greatly affected because it doesn't support Flash. To get around this there is a setting in your Preferences area called 'Use the Flash-based uploader to upload attachments'. If you un-check this box you will default back to an older, more basic system to upload images. Note: if you choose to use the older system you will only be able to upload one image at a time, unlike the newer Flash-based system where you can upload multiple images at a time.
