I saw bulbs for a dollar and grabbed, now I'm stuck. I bought lady fern and one other type and they say plant in the spring. It's fall. I've got them in the refrigerator. What should I do? Is it a lost cause? Thank you for your help.

Lady Fern is a deciduous perennial so the bulb should be fine in the ground now. Or you can put it in a pot to move to a warmer location during the winter.
Unless you can find the name of the other one and check it out, I would go ahead and put it in a pot too.

The other one is a Tennessee Ostrich Fern. I'm worried it may be a little to large for a pot. What do you think?
