My daughters boyfriend proposed to her yesterday! They have been dating for almost 2 years . Last week he asked for my blessing and of course I gave it to him. He is a great guy and a perfect match for my daughter and he fits right in to our crazy family. They have not picked a date yet, but we are all very excited
That's awesome!!! I'm so happy for you and them. I LOVED working on my daughter's wedding. It was in some ways very traditional, and in others quite different. Don't know how much you're going to be working on the wedding, but happy to help if you need advice, suggestions etc.
How exciting!!!! Give them my best wishes for a long and happy marriage. My Dad kept offering me and my first groom a pickup truck load of groceries if we would elope, my Mother gave him the 'evil eye' every time he mentioned it. Keep us updated about the plans....colors, flowers, date of course and most importantly the DRESS. Do you sew?
