So, this plant is scattered all over in the middle of my garden, no where else but the middle where I planted the following:
    ° Ground cherries
    ° Hot peppers
    ° Sweet peppers
    ° Spinach
    ° Mesclun

Is this a weed or did the wind catch the bag of seeds I had for one of the veggies above and plant them everywhere?. Thank you for your answer in advance.

One of the fun things when gardening is volunteers and what and where they show up. One thing is for sure time will tell.

That looks like a young morning glory to me. I would give it time & see. If it is the wild kind of morning glory, you might want to pull it out. They can be invasive.

My first thought was bindweed, a very invasive vine.

Netty--I think you are right. I googled bindweed & what came up is the wild morning glory that I know. It can be very invasive.

So, I should probably pull them up then?.
I have them no where else in my yard but they just happen to appear in my garden.

Wild morning glory is what it looks like to me also. I would pull it now or you can let a few grow but the first white, or even pale pink, morning glory looking blossom yank it out. If you let them go to seed they will haunt you for years. I'm speaking from experience. I thought it was just a pretty volunteer and it looked pretty on my gazebo. A friend spotted it blooming and warned me but by then it was too late.

They have roots that can go down 30 ft. below the surface of the ground. You have to make sure you try to dig down and get as much of the root as possible. They snap off very easily and then start spreading all over.

... like yesterday. get them out of there as fast as you can. They are terribly difficult to eradicate once they get established .

I pulled them up right away. They have been gone for quite some time. I need to get rid of some that I spotted near my walk way to my door outside, so I will pluck them today sometime.
