i have been slowly down sizing the number and types of house plants. I have only one variety of orchid left. It has survived my neglect and doesn't get watered any more than my cactus collection that sits on the window sill nearby. The dear neglected plant surprised me with a cluster of flowers. Always nice to get a little surprise.
