My dragonflies and Damsels.

    A few of the flies, although they are not flies as flies only have two wings, that I have photographed.

    I could watch dragonflies and damselflies all day long. They are beautiful creatures and your photographs certainly show them in all their glory.

    Dragonflies are very effective in controlling insect population. They have well equipped flying muscles and they have a near 360 degree vision. They cannot walk but they can perch with their legs and catch the fly in mid-flight.

    Those are great shots of Damsel flies. I have a pic of a Damsel fly as my avatar. I also love watching the Dragon flies we have.
