image.jpg Eileen, do you remember sending me true bluebells many, many years ago? Well, they have seeded all over my garden and fill me with springtime hope

EJ those are some nice flower pic's. The only thing I have blooming right now are spring bulbs. I probably wont see any other blossoms for at least 2 more weeks. Those blooms would make me happy also.

I'm so glad that the seeds finally produced for you EJ. I love seeing the bluebells in my garden at this time of year.

My garden is a bit wild and disorderly, I love the full, lush, packed flower beds with clashing colours and I try to grow mostly plants that bugs and critters love so lots of native, wild flowers.

EJ, so many of your flowers are ones we grew in upstate NY. I miss having them, but seeing your garden pictures is such a pleasure, and brings forth so many good memories. Thank you!

I like your garden, EJ. It's similar to some of my borders. I also like wild and disorderly and a lot of flowers and plants that don't match any of their neighbours.

Those foto's of your bloomers are really good to see. I particularly liked the reference to the true bluebells that Eileen sent you. That was sweet of you to mention, and they look smashing in their new home.
I really like the over-all look of your flower garden...and your planting methodiek.--chapeau.

I really must acquire a tree peony one of these days.

I loved the pictures of your gardens. There's so many textures and colors that I'd like to just wander through it looking at it all.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I love my garden, it is slightly wild, very bee and butterfly friendly, plus it has to put up with a lumpy labrador bumble through the beds.

I really like the looseness of your garden! I'm trying to get that same look but it is not going so well, I want to get away from the "cookie cutter" flower beds that I have:confused: Jewell sent me some of the bluebells some time ago too! Don't you just love these Garden Stew Gals? I love the color of your helleobore.

Ahhhh just lovely, a garden designed in my favorite style. I like the word looseness to describe it. Sometimes I see a mess when looking at mine but it's my mess and I like it.

A neighbor once described my gardens as "a jungle." Of course, hers were regimented into straight lines. To each his own, and I like "looseness" as a description also!
