This plant is growing out front of the apartment and if it is a weed its gone.
Not much is growing and I don't want to waste my money as this place has gone down so much.
    thanks

Shoo fly plant, Nicandra physalodes is what it reminds me of. Only a weed if you do not want it growing where it is.

Just wanted to thank everyone out there with my mystery plant.
I'll leave it as the grass cutting people will cut it down

Datura Stramonium is what it looks like to me. These things are known to pop up anywhere thanks to our bird friends. Also the seeds can sit in the ground for many years until the earth is disturbed. If you have pets/children that like to chew on plants, this is not what you want in your garden/yard.
