Taken this morn...Why is this mater plant losing leaves (the one in the middle)? Just droppong off..Is the potting soil too much too soon. It's like miracle grow potting soil. Otherwise the plants look healthy. I just give it regular water, no nutrients since the soil is already feeding them. Or do i need to repot them in coco coir and flush the roots for a few weeks?

Fungus, bacteria, too much water, too little water. If you suspect a fungus or bacteria then toss that plant in the trash before it infects the others.

Stick you finger down into the soil to see how high up the 'water table' is in the pot, if it is really soggy down there then stop watering for a while and check it again. If it's really dry down there then increase your watering.

If the top part looks healthy losing those lower leaves that the plant started out with can be normal. They will be replaced. Top growth is the true leaves. Just keep them barely moist, not soggy or too dry and they should be fine.
