One on its way out, out as in dying but I still have a bud so I am hopeful.

Its my late sister's rose from last year. She did say this rose lasts till late Autumn.

I wondered: is it a weeping Rose, If so then how do you think it would look with the top leaves rounded off? It was'nt bought as a weeper.

Nice healthy looking rose bush Kate,..it certainly has lasted well into late Autumn seeing Winter is very close.

I can visualize how your rose bush would look with the top two shoots cut off,..though just cutting off the top left one would also give a nice pinnacle shape,..i will leave it in your hands :whistling:,..it doesn't appear like a Weeper Bush.

Kate, get the labels off the rose. Even the elastic band might hurt the bark. I always put the label on a stick and put it next to the rose. It doesn't seem to be a weeper--perhaps it was pruned to be a tree rose?
