This is not a mistake. There is no flour in these cookies. And they are very good.

    Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

    1 egg
    1 cup Creamy Peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup chopped cocktail Peanuts
    1 tsp. Vanilla

    Heat oven to 350*

Beat egg until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well

Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart, on baking sheet. Flatten with fork.

Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing from sheet.

I have saved then to my recipe folder and will make them as soon as my oven gets fixed. It will be after the holiday.

I like the part of flattening with a fork. It reminds me of Grandmother taking a fork and flattening her peanut butter cookies.
