Please help solving this mystery

    Oh no, you don't want to "trap" an owl. They are very beneficial birds who catch mice, rats, and other small vermin. Jack was just checking out the coop, and when he found that our ladies outweighed him by five or six pounds, and that the coop was not a place he could break into, he left.
    We were thrilled to have an owl on our place, especially one who would pose for photos!

    I guess you learn things all the time....I even heard that owls will go after small dogs, we are moving to the lake and have to take a lot of precautions to keep them protected. I am not sure if the eagles are around all year, I am hoping NO...

    Yeah. I heard that too, owls attack the dogs.

    marlingardener, You need surveillance cameras. I can watch everything from my living room or replay it in the morning.

    Barb, the trail camera has captured images of deer, skunk, fox, feral cat, and of course owl. I really don't want to see all that goes on at night in our yard! (If our place looked as good as yours, I might change my mind.)
