From Greensboro, NC. 9 yr. old SnowBall Bush has never had buds or blooms. Has just become a thriving, monstrous viburnum. Was I sold the wrong plant?
Without a photo of the plant and information about where it is planted....full sun, part shade, etc. it really is impossible to answer your question.
