I love this daylily and I have to admit it is awfully hard to have just one favorite...I have many favorites but this summer "SPIDER MAN" is my guy...he has put on a fantastic show and I wish I would of counted all of the blooms I got off from him and it is still blooming. Very Nice. I have a 'Red Magic' daylily and it fizzles out pretty quick. I might look into replacing it with this
That is gorgeous. I have a Crimson Pirate a little darker in color but this year it just kept putting out more and more blooms that I love. It is planted next to the Orange Butterfly weed and the combo is really pretty.
I bought it last year and it didn't bloom at all. It was a birthday present from my husband. It was a nice healthy looking plant so I was hoping it would be beautiful this year when it bloomed and I do love it... Thank you toni, Bip and Donna....red seems to be a favorite of mine and all of them have done so great in my garden.
