I have this house plant that my cat is eating. It grows quickly, is thickly stalked, have never noticed any flowering. Lately the leaves have become very light which is another concern if somebody can help with that. I just want to make sure that I don't have to put it out of my cat's reach. So far he isn't showing any symptoms.

Piss dieffenbachia (sp) but I thought that showed a flowering or sees pod. Haven't seen those on this plant

You also have to upload it to the forum when you are posting, but I looked in your garden and that looks like a diffenbachia, aka dumbcane, in your picture. DON'T let your cat eat that. The sap can cause numbness and/or swelling of the mouth and throat and end up swelling shut. Same for dogs and people. Keep it out of reach of children and dogs.

Hi, definitely NOT for cats or people. Can be a lovely plant though, maybe a new larger pot would be good.I have some growing outside but in warm shade.
    Has lily like flowers.
