I like cooking on our grill. We have a Holland Grill , which does not have flare-ups...no more black brats at our house. That steak did look great, especially since it is getting close to lunch time here...
Sadly with dial up I can`t see the video but I cook mine in a pre heated cast iron skillet with about a TBSP canola oil. Your choice of how long on each side.
I'll stick with my outside grill, or inside cast iron grill pan. I think part of my problem is that I just can't stand Gordon Ramsay!
