The Pink Flags

    To everyone wondering what the pink flags were. They were new plants my granddaughter and I put in last summer. We put the flags there, to remind us as to where they were, just incase some didn't come back, this spring. On each flag is wrote what the name of the plants are.

    Ahhhh mystery solved. :-D Another great idea. I should try it as I keep forgetting where I've planted stuff. :rolleyes:

    Good idea Debjean! I hope all those plants make it through the winter. Looks like they have lots of snow to protect them.

    What a great idea!!! And you will even know their names. I will start that very thing before I pull up any more ratty looking perennials that I think are weeds.

    Old mini blind slats make good plant stakes too, I use a permanent marker to write the names.

    Great idea.Paint stir sticks will work
    with a sharpie permenant pen write the names on them.
