Growing tomatillos this year and now I need to know when to pick them and what to do with them. I would appreciate any tried and true recipes.
All I know is that when the little papery shell splits, it's time to harvest. I think they are mainly used in salsa. Maybe a search on "ground cherries" would give recipes.
