I am not quite sure what will grow in Korea since I have no clue on how your weather conditions are. But winter veggies include Lettuce, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spinach, Spinach beet(Swiss Chard), Beetroot, Carrots,Onions, Garlic, Peas and Broad beans. Check at local nurseries which of these will grow in your area.
