When I had the link come through from the site to activate my account it went straight in to spam...well I clicked it's not spam then put it in to my inbox then did a folder to put it in but since then I've had no email alerts come through to my inbox...I only see them when I come on the forum. Can anyone help please
Hello @Frank I had 10 alerts when I came on the forum but received 2 of them in to my email account, so hopefully it's registering them
I believe that if you are quick to view an alert on the website i.e. you are on the website at the time you get the alert, then it won't send you a mail. If you not on the website for a time it should send you an alert. That could explain the inconsistent alert emails.
Hi Frank...just came on 10 alerts but none came through...i'm just going to leave it as long as they're on the forum but I do appreciate your help and if some do come through it shows it's working
